Workout 1/9/2017

I tried out a new workout from a Pin I’d added to one of my boards on Pinterest years ago. Let’s just say, this was a tough mother.

I tried the Batman Workout.

10 reps, 6 Sets

30 second rest between each set. It took about 30 minutes.

Then I tried to run. TRIED. for about 25 minutes. I was very hungry afterward.

I tried to embed a picture into the post, but my Codeninja skills aren’t that great yet. Maybe soon. Anyway, check out the Pin if you want a tough workout to kick your butt.
