Yesterday’s workout and last Friday’s workout

I’ve been a bit lazy about logging my workouts, but not lazy during them. I try to do weight training 2 to 3 times a week and run 2 to 3 times a week.

I enjoy making my own workouts, because I feel like I can focus on the specific muscle groups I think I need to improve upon, but sometimes I just don’t want to go through the trouble of thinking that hard before a workout. That’s what Youtube is for, right? I’ve found a couple of 30 Minute Workouts from Popsugar that have kicked my butt royally.

This one I did yesterday and this one I did Friday. Check them out, they are actually very thorough.

Workout 1/9/2017

I tried out a new workout from a Pin I’d added to one of my boards on Pinterest years ago. Let’s just say, this was a tough mother.

I tried the Batman Workout.

10 reps, 6 Sets

30 second rest between each set. It took about 30 minutes.

Then I tried to run. TRIED. for about 25 minutes. I was very hungry afterward.

Today’s Killer 30 Minute Workout

Today’s Killer Workout lasted about 30 minutes. It started off getting my heart rate up, then got really intense, and slowly lowered intensity at the end.

 

3 sets of 30 Jumping Jacks and 5 Push ups

3 sets of 25 High Knees and 10 Tricep Dips

3 sets of 20 Squats and 15 Toe Touches

3 sets of 15 Burpees and 20 Deadman Rows

3 sets of 10 Mountain Climbers and 25 Crunches

3 Sets of 5 Plank Jumps and 30 Bicycle Crunches
