Today’s Killer 30 Minute Workout

Today’s Killer Workout lasted about 30 minutes. It started off getting my heart rate up, then got really intense, and slowly lowered intensity at the end.

 

3 sets of 30 Jumping Jacks and 5 Push ups

3 sets of 25 High Knees and 10 Tricep Dips

3 sets of 20 Squats and 15 Toe Touches

3 sets of 15 Burpees and 20 Deadman Rows

3 sets of 10 Mountain Climbers and 25 Crunches

3 Sets of 5 Plank Jumps and 30 Bicycle Crunches
